Gallery 25 Hosts Fall Show September 19-November 8

Gallery 25 & Creative Arts Studio will host its Fall Art Show, September 19th through November 8th, with an opening reception from 4-6 PM on Saturday, September 20th. The most recent creations of award-winning regional artists and artisans will be on exhibit.

Artwork includes original oil, acrylic, watercolor, and pastel paintings, as well as archival photography, sculpture, art glass, pottery, and jewelry. Prices range widely and many items are ideal for one-of-a-kind gifts.

In addition, art classes will continue at the gallery.  The instructors are talented artists who are eager to share and inspire creativity. Bethel painter Adele Moros has been invited back to teach watercolor painting Friday afternoons from 1:30 to 4:30, September 19 to October 24. Various watercolor techniques, value and color temperature will be covered with a strong emphasis on composition and mood. Classes will run for 6 weeks at a cost of $150. Gallery 25 and Creative Arts Studio is a co-op style gallery exhibiting some of the best local fine art and artisan creations.  The gallery is staffed by member artists and is affiliated with the New Milford Commission on the Arts.  This new, spacious center of creativity is located in the heart of New Milford village, just off Main Street at 25 Church Street.  New hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, noon to 5 PM; and by appointment.  Admission is free.  Ample parking is available.
